Blue Iguana wants you to be happy with your purchase. Your Blue Iguana products are backed by a return/exchange warranty.
Any Blue Iguana product is warrantied against any defects for the first 30 days from purchase. All watch movements are warrantied for any mechanical issues for a year from purchase. As the watches are made of wood and can damage if you try resizing without the proper tools, we highly recommend using a qualified jeweler for any resizing. The warranty does not extend to do-it-yourself resizing. We have included a video if you wish to re-size yourself. There is also instructions for time/date/chronograph settings below.
CARE:
Sunglasses - Use a mild liquid dish soap to wash each lens surface if necessary. Dry using a clean, soft, absorbent cloth. Do not use paper-based products to clean your lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners, soaps or detergents that may leave a deposit on the lens. Do not use tissues with added lotions, lanolin, silicone or other cleaners; they will leave a film on the lens.
Watches: Use a soft cloth. You can moisten it slightly. Wipe and dry with soft cloth.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All Blue Iguana products are warrantied for any defects in productions for a period of 1 month from date of purchase. Any mechanicals parts (watch movements, etc) are warrantied for a period of 1 year excluding any abuse or norma; wear and tear. Should you have any issues with any Blue Iguana products please let us know via the form below and include any relevant pictures of the problem.
